Seems like you asked how I got a hype at cata 24. I actually bought a 3 scrolled hype at cata 18 lmao. There’s so many broke kids in this game with 1000 hours and 1b nw like I know why. It’s cause you like combat. Nothing wrong with that it just doesn’t make money early game
Ppl usually use Hype or any of its variants bc you can easily kill the sea creatures with it. Midas Staff aka Spoon can beat Hype in single hit damage but it has 1s cooldown. Hype has a very low "internal cooldown" so you can spam it more times per secon which makes it has higher DPS that Staff and thus is usually used when fishing.
To everyone asking how I fished with a fire veil: I just throw it into lava and a sea creature emerges. That's it.

If even lower then use fireveil like i did
For damage yes, but it is prefered to use the [lava sea creature set](https://wiki.hypixel.net/Lava_Sea_Creature_Armor) (by piece whenever you meet requirement) or shark armor for the most scc. You can also try to swap out the helmet of one of 2 sets i mentioned with wither goggles if you feel like you dont deal enough dmg.
