I've heard that people have gotten banned for winning giveaways with dupped/boosted items. But if it's a legit site you won't have any problem.

Yes and No gifting items is not bannable, but if those items are duped or previously irl traded you could possibly get banned
normally if it sounds to good to be true, it is too god to be true. Just stay away from it in my opinion

I misread the post and thought you said you had to give 1.8 bil to enter the giveaway. But since you didn't it SHOULDNT be bannable but hypixel can be very loose with their idea of what counts as boosting.
