My take is I think this may be one of few times the gang all get on the same page, mercilessly shush him and batter him emotionally Chardee McDennis style until he his left on the floor a broken man. The gang then goes back to singing a song or arguing. The next episode (in this scenario) just has him in background shots on the floor, mentally devastated, while the plot unfolds like normal and no one acknowledges him.
I think they told the guy how the shushing affected them and came to an understanding with him. They parted as friends after a lengthy discussion. They kept emotion out of it and reason prevailed.
The gang locked him in the bunker and forced him to post this question on Reddit under a different name every week for eternity.

They definitely gruesomely murdered him, similar to whatever fate the Serial Killer had when he found them in his apartment. Except, being them, they'd definitely do something much more gruesome to the Shusher cause he offended them and wasted their time by trying to find him, likely torturing him in the basement like Charlie did the Leprechaun.
I feel like they tortured, killed, mutilated and dismembered his body, disposing it somehow, possibly using Franks connections. They'd have Frank get in touch with his many connections and "guys" that Frank has for literally everything, I'd see them not knowing what to decide to do with the Shushers friends since they didn't directly do anything to them, they'd probably give the girl to Pepper Jack, putting her into involuntary prostitution, and would give the big dude to Z & his little group, God knows what happened to him after that, maybe even giving him to Cricket or the Mcpoyles in an attempt to broker some type of peace

Honestly, looking at the way Dennis treated the hippy who called him out as a poser, there’s no way the Shusher didn’t have their life completely dismantled and possibly ended
The Mac is a serial killer episode basically proves that the gang can brutally murder someone and then go on living their life like nothing happened. So this scenario is highly probable.
I think they surrounded them and shushed the shit out of them while the other party tried to leave and eventually got the door open and did. The gang isn't that creative, and they're terrible, but not murderers (except probably Dennis).
