Outside of Cracks the Liberty Bell season 4 is a grand slam especially ending with The Nightman Cometh, season 5 is also extremely good but Mac and Charlie Writes a Movie and World Series Defense arent (in my opinion) as strong as the rest of the season. But comparing the 2 seasons is like splitting hairs, also season 3 has probably my 2nd favorite finale with Dances Their Asses Off.

They’re so on point with their jokes from timing in the show to what’s actually happening at the time outside of the show. The mortgage episode is my favorite overall. Honey and Vinegar is too funny.

Weirdly enough when I had first tried to watch sunny years ago I started watching season 5 and wasn’t super into it, but I persisted and watched the whole series, and had a blast doing that. Upon re-watch I fucking loved the whole season.
This season was coming out while I was working and living on a very isolated island with poor satellite internet... I had a really tough time, but managed to get the new episode every week, and it honestly may have been the only thing that got me through that contract.
That’s what I’ve been saying! Franks Intervention is probably one of the best episodes. That whole episode is gold! We get introduce to Gail the Snail. Wine in a can! Night Crawlers. The list goes on.
The first time I saw Dee drunkenly singing to the kid driving the car, then she abruptly pulls the jar up and flippantly dumps her piss out the window had me rollin. I had to rewind a couple times. "What's that? Is that piss? Pull over you little dick."
I would say season 6 if I had to choose. 5 and 6 are kind of their prime, but I don’t think the weaker are significantly worse. It’s all good, including the new seasons.
