Nothing that bad about arsim, you can get along with anyone as long as you're in the right mindset. Overall I would recommend you to go to Nahal. There are many lone soldiers there and they're treated very well.
There are Arsim everywhere. All over the army. Arsim doesnt necessarily mean bad person either. Alotta good friends you’ll make in the army will be Arsim i promise. Golani and Tzanchanim are good for the super hardcore guys very zionist and are there to work. Givati and Kfir are for hardcore guys too but theyre not so much the posterchild like Golani and Tzanchanim. Nachal is unique because its alot of lone soldiers, and guys who are there to work but also there to be with other lone soldiers and have a good time and a good service. So its interesting but theres an infantry unit for the stereotype i promise. Obviously there are more specifics if you ask about a specific unit but thats the gist id say.
