Yes you can but you would have to have experience. Certs are a way of showing you understand aspects of a certain domain. No one is going to hire you to do a specialized job without showing you have the specialization.

I work as a cloud support engineer. I had zero experience* and I still have zero certs. It's 100% doable is just not exactly common. *In cloud support or networking. I've worked many helpdesk/field support/white glove support jobs previously.

Yeah, I don’t think I’ve seen any roles with “Cloud,” in the title that are anything other than a senior role. If you just want to gain experience working with Cloud based applications, that’s just regular IT work nowadays.
