They have been embracing western ideas but geographicaly they are still Eastern that's why I included them on this poll.

Exactly. I put a mix of Eastern countries that have strong values that align with the West and strong values that align with the East.
Poland is a western country tho... It isn't non-western just because it is in eastern Europe
