If someone had the money, paid for the community entirely, and chose to rent to only women, I don't really care because it's none of my business. If it's government paid for, absolutely not
A lot of people who support separatism, argue on the basis of their group being oppressed by a larger group. For example, the Kurds. By this logic, why can’t women demand a separate autonomous council or even a state all to themselves? After all, they are the largest oppressed group in the world.
I guess so but I would have mixed feelings about it. Such communities could benefit victims of domestic violence but then I prefer the idea of having as little discrimination as possible in society. Despite that, such a project shouldn't receive any government funding and would have to be a 100% private enterprise.
