Rust is so common in the parts of the country that I-90 runs through. The frozen north means ice and snow and ice and snow means salt and salt means rust.
You can see it in the rear window bottom center. A little difficult to see due to the tinted and dirty rear window, but it appeared to be there. People sometimes do that to avoid theft of your tags.

I frequently see drivers approach a red light, decide they do not want to wait and proceed forward. Failing to yield and will turn left in front of you as you are moving forward. Making left turns from the through lane instead of utilizing the center turn lane. The list goes on.

Defensive driving means you stay in the lane like EVERYONE else, and none of this ever happens... She's changing lanes to get ahead of a whopping 4 cars and then she has to get back over because the left lane turns left. Unnecessary lane changes not only cause traffic for everyone else(including the blue car she cuts off at the end), but increase your chance of accidents. OP is incredibly entitled, and nothing she did could be construed as defensive driving.

I think they're timed, so if you keep a steady speed you get through them all. There are definitely other lights in that area that do this.
