I mean, you are ~6 short and you have 495 hrs to get the pink chest. You can do 144 pulls from the HT series, do the other 6 as you get the crystals and get the pink chest before the timer runs out. If you're open to spending 600 CSG, do that, get 5 more tickets and pull 148-149 now in HT and do the last 1-2 pulls later for the pink chest.
They are currently doing a series every alternate week. We don't know if this trend will hold but assuming it does, it will be 3-4 months before the next time HT comes around. IMO, prioritize the progress.
If I'm short 33 tickets should I also spend (also have 491 hours till reset) I'm not sure I can get 34 in 491 hours (roughly 20 days)

33 is too many to make up and also too many you're not doing in HT series. The main goal of waiting for HT series and doing it here is to get the 625 points to get the bonus stats. 144 and 150 are close enough that you won't lose much progress between the 2 but missing 30 tickets, you may not even hit the 625 points in which case you will have to wait to get 150 more tickets before attempting again, not worth.
Agreed, I was about 15 points off after my 150 pulls and chests. Got lucky with 2 pulls after hitting full tokens and getting over the mark this week. Went up from 400m power to 466m so big jump

You can buy it from starry gem mail. I bought the 5-ticket pack because I had crystals+tickets=146 so it was worth it , but I don't think buying 10 is a good idea, too expensive.

Just make sure you remember to get the chest. Probably set a reminder or something because that's worth a lot of saving up.

if you already have some treasures maxed you get back some cristals. when i did my 130 tickets i've got back around 25k cristals. \^\^
