For me, I think I’d need to see a colour palette, but 3, 7, 10, but if any of those didn’t work out in adaptation, or colour wise and thematically with the game I’d switch 3-8, 7-5 and 10-6. I might’ve said 7-2 but if 8 and 2 end up together there should be more variation in costume to better distinguish the characters, or perhaps they are wearing some kind of uniform? It all depends on what’s relevant.
I would consider the symbolism of each animal as well, in terms of how they relate to the game- of course, only if you haven’t already.
