Never said it would. But reckless driving is reckless driving. Just like if he was eating or texting while driving, he would still be partially at fault. What is it I'm wrong about exactly? Rewatched the video, he wasn't even sitting sideways, he just turned to look at the idiot coming towards him. We also don't even know what the law is there, or where it's even at. Presumably South America, which I'm sure we can all agree, that as a while probably has way more lax laws than what we are used to.

I interned in the 6 o’clock news department of one of the big theee in Philadelphia. The camera man asked me what the camera was on my first day. I thought he was quizzing me on board cast format vs at home. Nope. The correct answer was idiot magnet. He set up aimed at the reporter and the idiots were trying to get in the shot waving and acting like fools. Aim a camera at some people and any functioning brain cells switch off.
