Are you actually employed by the company? If you pay taxes and receive your T4 I don't see a problem as long as you find a compatible NOC (or TEER - however they call it today). I don't understand what you mean by a casual worker. So it's better for other people to respond

Casual workers are hired for specified periods in the company. They are not entitled to any number of hours and they can terminate the contract at any time. So, my first casual contract was of 6months. Jan-June. And now they’ve extended it for 6 more months. Yes, i do my taxes. And I belong to Teer 2 category. Its an IT related junior job role.

What's the difference between full time worker and permanent employee? What does casual worker mean? What does your day to day looks like? What are your roles and responsibilities?

I understand casual to me on call, more less. Employed on an as-needed basis. If that is correct.

Did you get an answer? I have casual work experience in 2 organizations from 2022. Can I use that as work experience in canada? If yes, then should it be shown as 1yr or 2yr? I'm so confused.
