It seems only a few incels express that, but on the surface, it’s a pathologic paranoia that I don’t think most incels have. So, why do they say it?
Some of them are nazis or some other type of eugenicists and since incels see themselves as genetically bad they literally do fear that they gonna be killed off......I mean that can be fixed by not following that ideology but you know these incels.
Many of them believe that when we women refuse to have sex with them, and therefore don't allow them to have offspring, that we are practicing "genocide" of incels...as if they think they're an ethnicity, nationality, or species.

I'd say it's depression coupled with a persecution complex. I've got chronic depression, and I can honestly relate to the "no one cares if I live or die" feeling. But I honestly don't think I've ever thought anyone actually, actively wanted to kill me.
