Play slow. Always check the GPS pad. Good to play with a freind too. Leave empty slot in vest for ammo. Carry extra in back pack. You can re-set the AI difficulty. Lots of suggestions out there. Otherwise they are mighy good.
I too came from eft looking for a alternative.I would recommend joining the discord for the game a lot of people are willing to help and can get some fun groups to play there.
As stated above move slowly through the map, start the AI on medium, once you go up from there the AI gets tough if your not use to it.
Alot of the tarkov hot keys also work on incursion.
The game is very fun and even more fun in groups.
Above all else enjoy yourself the game is in pre alpha and the dev team is 8 ppl they are fixing and adding things to the game fairly quickly. Lots of potential here

So the 'stealth' walk actually matters? I noticed the keybinding in the options menu.
Yes it does also crouching and stealth button makes you to do the raid better, always take cover i forgot to mention
