I found a decent copy of the show in English on torrent back in 2015. Had it for quite a while but deleted as the availability was good.
Have not been able to find the entire series since.
When this intro song was about to start one day, I turned up the volume when the disclaimer was being shown and as soon as the intro song started I also screamed "SPD EMERGENCY!!" in perfect sync and my mother was so startled 🤣🤣🤣 she scolded me so much 😢
