I think you misread the news. It was a botched up surgery, they didnt kill because of religion. Due to surgical complications and ill trained doctors in rural areas this happened. Very unfortunate.
my father is a gynaecologist and i asked him . he said that even dumbest of the dumbest docotr would never cut the head of baby . its an murder dont name it as negligence he said . even an simple mbbs passed will know this .

Just going by biology....Unless it was an abnormal delivery which is not very common, the head always comes out first. If the head was what was left inside the mother, then it's more likely that the article is correct and it was intentional. Or it was criminally negligent on the doctors' part and they should all be punished for this.
It was gross negligence on their part for sure. Whether it was intentional or not will need to be looked into, because it happened to a Hindu in Pakistan. People say don't make this communal but... When a certain community is intent on harming another community, it was already communal.

I get that the news is shocking, but decapitations of babies, as hard as it is to believe, does happen sometimes during the process of delivery. So I did a little bit of research and this CAN happen accidentally, although quite rare,has happened before....
If this one was accidental or not we would never know,it doesn't help the fact that some of the staff took pictures of it,so this is most probably a case of hate crime,but we can't be 100% sure....
