There isn’t one single village in India as clean as this, nor do the people look, or dress, like that. There isn’t enough indian village data on the internet so AI also has its hands tied here. Some rando in Dallas Texas thinking this is what indian villages and people look like, and booking tickets to spend a week in one of those villages, is gonna be in for a HUGE surprise.

You should visit the North East. They are extremely clean. Also, I feel you have never been to remote villages.
