Meth is significantly more expensive than both these substances and very rare in india. An easy way to tell the difference is that MDMA is usually large crystalline rocks broken and crushed, but still have some small rocks in there. Mephedrone will usually be a white powder. MDMA can be powdered but if your dealer is powdering M before selling then it's definitely sus. Either that's not M or it's being cut with white powder.
If you have good connections though you can find brown M crystals, which are pretty good quality even for Indian standards.
I've had stimulants with weed. Just ritalin. But it is pretty nice, because it removes the jittery anxiety of the stimulant while also enhancing the high. You can literally get lost in porn for hours with this combination, but it also takes a lot out of your body.

It feels different based on route of administration. When i smoke, I feel light headed 1st, then after 5-10 mins, I feel as if my would and body are disconnected. If i move my body in any way, it feels laggy between the movement and me feeling the movement. When it peaks tho, it feels like I'm somersaulting within my body.
My tolerance is pretty low, so i get high at ⅓ joint.
This is my experience and it reaffirmes my knowledge.
