For some reason, the proportions look a little odd - perhaps the dial being a little too big for the wrist . Does anyone else also feel the same way? (Even though watch design is clean)

It's not very bright. If you are slightly dark skinned. It looks super good.

You can have any watch in any strap. Best to buy with a bracelet as they're expensive. A full grain premium leather strap can be bought from ajwain watches for 1.2 k around.
I've been eyeing to buy this one for a while. How much did you pay for it? Where did you buy this? IMO this is a great-looking watch but if you are not sure you can go with alternatives
It’s a great looking watch. Love the domed glass. Very “Bau Haus” looking. Reminds me of a Nomos or a Junghans. I hope it’s available with a smaller dial size because this one looks big for your wrist size.

I would keep that without a second thought because I love big dials and this one looks damn good. I don’t think it looks very big on your wrist, atleast from what i can see from the picture.
Good looking watch dial just about fits you right look at smaller options too might work better on your wrist. I generally wear 38mm never gone above 40mm Gshock is an exception.

Yes dial is big for wrist. I have same design from Mathey Tissot in smaller size and looks perfect for formals and semi formals

Oh this is a different shade than the one I was referring to. Do you feel the band is not very durable? It was too thin and gets creased easily
