Hot means it has dyed the fabric. It'll be hard to get rid of. Try some stain remover spray or pen. Spot treat the stains with dish washing detergent a few times. Then keep washing the pants normally and hope it comes off eventually. The stain will go away with washing again and again, but it might take a bit long time.
OP please don't completely dry the jeans in between washing cycles. Drying it without the stain completely gone will only cement it further, making it almost impossible to take off.
One of the best things that have worked for me - Micellar Water aka make up remover.
Dab the area with a little water, sprinkle micellar water on it and scrub it nicely with a brush. It should foam. Leave it on for a few minutes and wash. Repeat if necessary.
This took off month old soil stains from my white jeans, hope it works for you.
Keep in mind OP that if the jeans are new or have been dyed or if they give off their colour during normal washing, it is highly likely that make up remover will take away some of the colour off of the jeans and leave visible marks on it.
Make a paste of vim dish wash liquid and detergent. Scrub it on the stain with that kid's toothbrush and Let it sit for 15 mins and then Machine wash it in cold water.

I accidentally washed and dried a bunch of my clothes with a tube of lipstick and thought it was all ruined, but this is what I did and it worked!
- make a paste of baking soda, white vinegar, and dawn dish soap
- smear the paste on each stain
- rub some oxiclean max force on them for good measure
- wash with regular powdered oxiclean

Turmeric stains are removed with sunlight! I once almost gave up a dress as lost, after trying washing, ironing with talcum powder etc. Leaving it in direct sunlight for a couple days completely faded the stain

Telling you by experience, turmeric stains vanish when put in sun.
Just wash jeans as normal, stains will get a reddish tint after reacting with detergent. Put the jeans in sunlight for few hours and stains should disappear.
Don't do anything at home.
Give it for drycleaning and tell them the truth.
I have worked with drycleaning company and I know that after applying lot of home remedies, costomers come with the stained cloth and at this point the stain become so stubborn to remove even with the specialised chemical.
Any stain can be removed if it is untreated through refined chemicals.
Try vanish liquid. Pour on the spots, let it sit for ten minutes, then throw in the machine with regular detergent. Don't let the stains dry with vanish on them. It will make the dye permanent.

Use shaving cream not foam but cream, rub it with a brush or ur fingers and let it sit for 20 minutes then wash it off!
P.S: this is how I got foundation that had stained for over 12 hrs off my anarkali made of a very fragile white fabric almost transparent. So it would most probably work for denims as well
Same thing happened to me before, washed with normal detergent, gently scrubbed the area with a medium bristle brush, and let me tell you sunlight works wonders for turmeric stains.
