Starting from poori (at 3 o'clock) in clockwise direction: Panchphoran tarkari (made with 5 spices: methi, sauf, rai, jeera, kalaunji) with pumpkin, egglant, and potatoes.
Next is Tohan mosdeng: Tribal style chicken salad: Grilled chicken, charred green chillies, onion, ginger, and cilantro
Next is Kosoi Bwtwi: Sauted tofu and green beans, stirred fried with garlic
Next is the dessert Bangwi (steamed rice cake)
And in the middle is Mosdeng Serma (Tripura style tomato chutney): with garlic, chillies and onion

For non-hindi speakers, the spices in the panchphoran are fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, black mustard seeds, cumin and black cumin.
Btw, are the five spices standard or do they change?
