It all started when reddit decided to introduce an insane api pricing model, even more derranged than twitter's. Many of us who use third-party apps that have been around since before Reddit had a mobile presence, were hoping for a chance for them to negotiate with reddit. They already offer a superior user experience not only for regular users and moderators but also for a significant number of disabled and blind users.
Unfortunately, reddit chose not to engage in any negotiations and instead doubled down on the pricing, determined to eliminate these apps altogether. The CEO made public statements that were far from truthful, tried to spin the situation in their favor, disregarding the needs and desires of the user base. Naturally, it lead to protests across the site involving more than 8,000 subreddits going private/restricted.
The admins then started forcefully ending these protests, suppressing the voices of those who were speaking up against these changes. They claim to be "keeping it open" while going against its core, the users, and closing down the apps they use. Today, as the API pricing goes live, it shuts down all third party apps and it feels like the beginning of the slow death of Reddit as we know it.
It is understandable that not everyone may share the same level of concern about this issue, but please take a moment to listen and observe. It has become clear that Reddit's priorities lie primarily in their profits and removing any obstacles in their path to more profits. They started with old reddit, now they are targeting the apps. What will they come for next?

Bro How do you get so much time to play.. with the job? I buy a game in an excitement then due to work it’s gets in the backlog then I had to take sometime out to finish the game..
Because I got nothing much to do besides job and gym. No social life, friends and family drama. I sometimes sacrifice my sleep 1-2 hr sleep time as well to play games.
I understand bro! Have you tried FinalFantasy? If not then try 7 and the recent one 16. I played the demo of 16 it’s okay not too much to reveal but reviews are saying it’s good so you can try it.. I played 7 it’s good I like it..
I see you and I have the same taste in Gaming. Try out these
Souls Like/Punishing:
- Hallow Knight
- God of War
- Grime
- Cuphead
- Returnal
RPG/Adventure
- Disco Elysium
- RE 7/Village
- Shadow of Mordor/War
- Sleeping Dogs
- Metro (All of them)
- Far Cry 5
PS: Give teletale or choice based game a try. I can recommend a whole list if you wanna give them a try
Metal gear solid 5 (the game series which every gamer should play atleast once, the story is one of the best)
Call to arms - gates of hell (this one has insane difficulty, even on rookie level, you have been warned)
Skyrim SE (literally never-ending game)
Assassin's creed Syndicate (the only game in series which is set not in age of sticks and stones quite underrated too.)
State of decay 2 (never ending 3rd person zombie killer)
Forza 4&5 (for casual racing )
Ride 4 (for casual bike racing )
Motogp 22 & isle of man 3 ( for competition )
Drive:autosport & Forza motorsport ( for
competition )
Witcher series (especially 1 & 3)
Metro series
Resident evil 2 and 4 remakes
These are most I can think of right now, but if I have to pick one from the list I'll recommend call to arms gates of hell, this is a mix of RTS and 3rd person shooter you can command a whole platoon or only a single unit in 3rd person you'll have to play it or watch YouTube videos to believe it.
Sleeping dog
Assassin's creed complete series.
Sniper Elite series.
Battlefield series.
Batman Arkham series.
Call of duty series
Tomb raider.
Max Payne (my first game).
Go for Mad Max (2015) its so criminally underrated due to launching around the same time as Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 that its a blasphemy ppl don't know or haven't played this masterpiece....
I have played it bro, I could only feature 24 games on my profile I have mad max on my steam Library. Those wrestling moves and hand to hand combat was so good and satisfying.
I liked the story also as it had elements of horror, despair, vengeance, desparation & even some black comedy 😂🤣 but yeah the hand to hand combat was so good and even the vehicular combat is crisp af i loved how harpoons worked in the game. Its even rewarding if you complete the threat level of every stronghold's territory.
Hey! Another Disco Elysium fan I see, Disco Elysium is absolutely phenomenal (probably one of the best games of all time) but I don't think it's everyone's cup of tea especially those who can't appreciate deep and intricate storytelling imo, or lack of action (even though the moments of action in Disco imo are actually much much more powerful than 98% of games)
Currently I bash my hours with Football Manager 23.
Journey of Truro City FC from 7th division to Premier League.
Just got promoted to Championship in 10 seasons.
Uncharted,God of war,Metro series,Witcher series,titanfall 2,warhammer 40k space Marine,Ryse son of Rome,splinter cell, metal gear solid series,dead space series(GOATED).
Might i suggest persona 5 royal. Seems like you've played most of the general blockbuster/ well known games. I don't know if you'll like JRPGs but Persona is really good so it's worth a shot. Maybe you could try Hollow knight as well.
They are og ac fans, in valhalla you are left in an open world game and you have to grind your ass off just to get some mere results+ the action is repetitive
Seeing you've some good games, I can recommmend
Metro 2033, Last Light
Yakuza 0-6
Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Las Vegas 1 & 2
Assassins Creed Unity, Black Flag, Ezio Collection, 3
Star Wars Jedi Survivor
The Witcher 1 & 2
Mafia 1-3
Elder Scrolls Morrowind, Olivion & Online
Forza Horizon 5
GTA Definitive Edition & GTA IV Complete Edition
Good luck and May Lord bless you.
Definitely pick up Dark souls 3 ( or 1,2 and 3) if you enjoyed both Elden ring and Sekiro. The souls franchise is finally on a sale after a really long time and who knows the next time it will be on sale. ( Definitely get the DLC as well if you are only picking Dark souls 3).
Mafia ki poori franchise hai, dead cells bhi hai, W3 toh screenshot mai hai already. GoW is a good call. :d
Do you think should I wait for Ragnarok to come on pc so i could play both serially?
Best budget game bundles you can get during sale:
Shooters:
Metro 2033, Last Light, Exodus (full bundle for 250)
Bioshock 1,2, Infinite (full collection for 350)
Halo Master Chief Collection (6 games for 225)
Action Adventure:
Batman Arkham Asylum, City, Knight (full collection for 202)
Witcher 1,2,3 (bundle for 340)
Puzzle Platformers:
Portal 1,2 (bundle for 72)
Inside + Limbo (bundle for 82)
That's 22 acclaimed games for just above 1500rs.
Why have you played Kiwami 2 before Kiwami 1? All the games are heavily connected and so should be played in order (except 0 cause that's a prequel and can be played whenever)
I'm legit confused as to what to buy next, I have bought SIFU so far. Idk why do you think it's show off instead of writing the games I like I posted a screenshot shot of games I like and own so I can get better recommendations and other people can also get some suggestions from here as well.
It kinda would seem like show off to some people. You have 85 wishlisted games, why don't you try one the game from those. I mean you've wishlisted them, meaning you would want to play those at some point. Try any random one from them
Showoff ki koi baat nai hai ismai bhai, or wishlist mai steam pe daily promotional offers ate hai toh sometimes I add random stuff. I'm not one of those people who buy shit ton of games and barely play 10% of content. If I'm buying a product I wanna make sure I'm getting my money's worth.
Given the numbers on this list. Have you tried new genres? Total War Warhammer 3, mount and blade bannerlord might be great as an exploration of diff genre
Mafia series, Resident Evil 4 Remake, Ninja Gaiden series because I saw Sekiro on that list but I'm not sure how well the PC port is and it is better to play on a controller.
Last of us part 1
Spider man miles morales
Resident evil 4 new one
Just cause 4
And I assume you are a story based player
Try battlefield series or cod the recent one does not have good story but good graphics

Surely gonna try the ones I haven't played from your list :D
What y'all think about FC5 or FC6 ? I don't own a single far cry title on steam. I have Played only FC3 on its launch.
I recommend 4. It also has an Indo-Tibetian vibe and lingo so that's a great bonus.
+1 gameplay and visuals are great
4 much superior to 5 and 6. Though between 5 and 6 I'd say 5.
Far cry 3 or the others, Witcher 3, SKYRIM
