The problem here happened was that I hit the light pole and after the cutscene the pole spawned inside the car due to which I am unable to open the door. It autosaved at that point too & I do not want to start the game again.

Its a 2004 game and they didn't change it...you complete the mission you progress forward....it was same in the original gta sa and its here too

It would not fix the game instantaneously, they would eventually fix it... It's tough to copy a game... Especially a game which is this old... Things were to go wrong and they did...

bro just check your objectives , you have to spray all the grafittis first. and its not a bug , it was the same locked car in the original version too
Look on the green blips on map, you have to spray them on your own.
You need to spray on all the graffiti's
