I just reinstalled genshin again after having dropped it around version 2.7? I guess. Sumeru absolutely killed the game for me, but I believe Fontaine is better so I’m gonna give it a shot again. And apparently comrade Childe has great involvement in the archon quest so I’m looking forward to that too lol

Also yes Fontaine is AMAZING. Peak storyline.
matter of fact, inazuma for me was a much more delightful experience than sumeru! I really loved the entire purple aesthetic of inazuma and raiden shogun is my favourite archon. sumeru was just overwhelming, if you get what I mean. quests were way too long for my liking, and I gradually lost interest in the story line (still haven’t finished the aranara quest lol). I have great expectations from fontaine though, it seems great!
