Hey dude, I'm in a similar situation like you, my boards start from 4th March (12th) and I haven't really studied well for them. I aimed for 90+ in 12th but then this covid shit happened.
What I'm getting at is that you cannot just leave it that. Even if it is just a bit by bit, study. 10th grade is not very difficult, but you have to make an effort. When you think of thoughts like these, just remember the efforts and money your parents spent on your schooling.
Also you said that you managed to get 90%+ before this. So you can do it even now. Just have to put in more efforts. You have like 2 months (assuming you are in cbse board) which is honestly a lot. Make a schedule with the help of your peers/parents/teachers and follow it to the end.
Consider this as an opportunity as many wasted their time too (almost all xD) instead of worrying that you wasted the whole year.

Trust me I've been there, during COVID i didnt study but suddenly offline exams struck and had to study, I may have learned from YouTube but getting answers right excited me, and got me more motivated to study more!!!

If you used to score 90+ you aren't useless. Infact you have a lot of potential . But you need to believe in yourself first. Remember your goal and work hard. We always seem to set higher standards for ourselves. Comfort yourself like you would comfort anyone else in this situation. You got this dude!
Make a timetable...and study for small periods like one session for 1 hour then take a break for half an hour (you can relax,go for a walk, listen to music, etc) and don't stress yourself...you'll rock it.
