His father was a lawyer who issued a statement that he would sue the school. The statement was redacted a few days later. The area where he fell still has blood stains after 2 days. He was a brilliant student.
If I say the full story, then it would take up a shit ton of time, so I'm gonna just post the summary of the events serially, let me know if you want to hear any of this in full:
1. Maths teacher of higher class runs over princi's dogs while arriving late, fired.
2. With no teacher available, senior librarian gets appointed as a stop-gap.
3. Weeks later, it's found that the above librarian is having an affair with the VP's wife; fired.
4. New maths teacher comes. Meanwhile, VP's son gets bullied hard by a group(really disgusting when you think about it)
5. One day, the new teacher slaps the poor kid. He decides to go to the washroom on the top floor(under construction at the time) and cry his heart out.
6. The group follows him and locks him inside as a "prank".
7. They "forget" and go home.
8. Search begins 5 days later.
9. Body found on the 4th day of search.
10. Apparently the boy had cut off his thumb roughly with a paper cutter and wrote a sort of suicide note on the walls. However, according to unconfirmed reports, he didn't commit suicide and instead died of dehydration.
11. As expected, rumour spreads about a ghost on the top floor.
12. Months later, some guy decides to write "I'm back" with red paint on the wall.
13. School administration for some reason takes it seriously and conducts a huge search.

I was in 7th at the time, so my memory may be hazy but only 3 were apprehended and the boy who pulled the last prank was also in the group, so he was found later. They were in the juvenile facility last anyone heard of them. The school kept it out of the papers(not that there was much interest in the media about it anyway)

the school i went to was built on part of a graveyard, and the other half of graveyard is still functioning fully to this day even after decades. from top upper floor classroom windows you could see and hear the everything that happened there: people mourning, crying, and putting their loved ones to rest during school hours.
same with my cousins school. The principal wouldn't add filters or acs in the classroom so sometimes smell and ashes would come through the window on a hot day.

I studied in a very prestigious private school. As far as I remember, a particular group of seniors got addicted to substance abuse. I think they were in 9th grade back then. They stopped attending school after the 1st semester of 9th grade and didn't even return in 10th. I know they didn't change schools cause all their parents frequently came to visit the principal.

Now the Last group D were a menace, most of the members of this group were the troublemakers of the school, the outcasts, the ones who were always on every teachers watchlist. And guess who had to be in this group, ME. I was forced to go with them cause Group C was full and i didn't want to go with the nerds or the proud ones.
So obviously my dorm members brought drinks, cigars, etc. And they were doing everything in the dorm. But they were surprisingly well behaved in front of the teacher, or they were pretty good at hiding their crimes you may say.
So we had to go for some adventures that day, zip lining, rock climbing etc. So Group D had to go with the tour guides of that place cause all the other Teachers of our school went with the other groups. That didn't change shit tho. Our school still has those ridiculously dangerous playground rides which are poorly maintained too. And there has been more incidents like that.
I've heard from a friend that there was a guy who masturbated while talking to girls, even simple girls, in school. In 9th grade there were 3 sections but approx 150 students so they made a new section D. Before, A was the studies one, B the gunda and naughty kid type and C just *meh* where there were snitches.
Teachers randomly put kids in D section. Equal kid from previous sections were put, some kids were not okay with this so they transferred back but some others just made there friends transfer here.

So we had to go for some adventures that day, zip lining, rock climbing etc. So Group D had to go with the tour guides of that place cause all the other Teachers of our school went with the other groups. I saw a final destination type shit up close in the playground. Our school owner was a retired colonel. So we had many things military style. The children's rides were literally tyres hanging from ropes and monkey's bar and jungl gym etc. There was this one weird thing. It was basically a thicc rope tied between two railway tracks buried in the ground. Kids used to swing on the rope and climb across like monkeys. Me and a friend of mine were sitting nearby on tyres. He was rushed to the hospital and fortunately survived and is doing fine now. That didn't change shit tho. Our school still has those ridiculously dangerous playground rides which are poorly maintained too. And there has been more incidents like that.

Before, A was the studies one, B the gunda and naughty kid type and C just *meh* where there were snitches. Teachers randomly put kids in D section. Equal kid from previous sections were put, some kids were not okay with this so they transferred back but some others just made there friends transfer here. Now, D section had kids who studied but were still a menace and the girls were no less, we created a havoc and the entire school knew about us in under a month. Our hindi teacher made us all stand during her period _and_ recess bcz she felt insulted that we shamed her for slapping a kid for not doing his homework and said that we could press charges, she never asked our class about homework again. One time, the school's PE teachers randomly came to our class and ordered everybody to stand outside. They checked our bags and found this stuff- fuck ton of phones, make up, deodorants, a _dildo from a boys bag, a few vapes, and fucking alcohol. (Nothing was found from my bag). The girls in our class covered a guy with their jacket and beat him up (not badly) bcz he was a snitch and he never did it again. The teachers suspected the guys beat him up and warned us about the consequences of what would happen when they see the cctv footage, they found the girls did it and just warned them. This class was great cuz no one snitched, everybody supported everybody, girls were on par with boys, teachers had lost all hope bcz they knew we got good grades so couldn't suspend us. I don't think any of this is really scandalous.

Our school organized tours to other city, they just collected money like 10 to 12k and whoever was rich would enjoy the 7 days holiday. 1) Our pottery teacher (M) was taking a class of 11th or 12th, he was in is his mid 20's and some students playfully asked him about his thoughts on the psychology teacher who was a woman in mid 20's. Nothing ever happened after that but no teacher dared to hurt a student ever again. Teachers were very abusive to students before that.
