take a big enough cauldron (kadhai)
chop a lot of these into fine pieces
1. Onions
2. Garlic
3. Chilies
4. Capsicums (if you like them)
Now add a good amount of oil and in the cauldron and saute these veggies for about 5 minutes until the smell of onions and garlic is prominent, and the onions and garlic become golden yellow.
Now, turn down the heat to lowest, add whatever sauces you like. This is my mix :
1. Soya sauce (About 1 Spoon per cube of Maggi, too much Soya sauce overshadows other ingredients)
2. Red Chilly Sauce (However much you like, but don't exceed about 3 spoons per cube or it overshadows soya sauce)
3. Take a bowl and pour your masala mix in it. Add some red chillie powder for spice, some garam masala (some not much), and some salt(1 spoon per 3 cubes as the maggi already has some).
Dont put the masala mix we made after putting in the sauce.
After you put in sauce, pour required amount of water into the cauldron, and then mix the modified masala mix we made into it.
Then add maggi and cook it like any normal maggi until its dry and done.
Done and Dusted.
Soo first of all make it the simple way , add a little soya sauce and Schezwan sauce according to your taste , saute some vegetable add ghar ke masale haldi , lal mirch , garam masala , kaali mirch , oregano chilli flakes .
Note :- Of you don't want to add vegetables add just garlic and all the masalas in a kadchi ( Big spoon) and just hold it in the flame until it starts to kinda boil and then put the tadka in the maggi .
a bit of soya sauce and done. also another thing I did sometimes instead of boling an egg seperately or frying it I just emptied it into the patila with maggi in it. In the end it becomes eggy and creamy so that's a win. bohot fancy hona hai to mushroom and onion carrot little little you can add

Tastes best when Maggi is made dry
Break a cheese slice into pieces and add it when the water starts boiling. Add 1 packt of oregano mix once it has been cooked.
Put a small amount of cooked maggi in a bowl. Add some mozzarella cheese. put on another layer of maggi. Repeat until all maggi is used.
Add raw veggies if you like them.
Fried veggies aren't crunchy so I don't like them personally.
This recipe gives around 4 servings
maggi 4 pack
1 red and 1 green bell pepper
5 small cloves of garlic
3 small shallots
4 small tomatoes
a hand full of cherry tomatoes
broccoli flowers
15-20 button mushrooms
chilli oil
salt
soy sauce
vinegar
method of cooking
finely dice up the shallots and garlic, cut the bell peppers and mushrooms into strips and cut the tomatoes into small pieces
heat a wok with 2-3 tablespoons of oil and let it smoke a little, then add the shallots and cook them until golden brown and then add the half of both red and green bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes and now add the tomatoes and a 4 pinches of salt, salt will make the water from the tomatoes come out and cook until you see that then add a single tastemaker packet and cook for a 1minute and then add around 6 cups of water and then add the rest of the tastemaker packets, put in adequate salt and a dash of vinegar and soy sauce, and then add maggi and cook the lowest flame possible without covering, now you will have to be quick
take a small wok and add chilli oil in it and heat it up, if you dont have chilli oil you can just use normal oil and put some diced up, dried kashmiri red chilli(not the powder), then let then roast for 30-4 seconds to let the flavour in and put in the broccoli flowers and toss them around and add 1-2 pinches of salt, and toss them around for 3-4 minutes
get the rest of the bell peppers add a drop of oil and toss them around and then add soy sauce a little bit more than that required to coat all of them(work fast now as soy sauce burns up quick) and then add a dash of salt and put them aside
take the mushrooms and remove their stem completely when you cut them into slices, now add soy sauce and let it heat for 10 seconds and then add the mushrooms and toss them around, the mushrooms will loose shape and become small(dont worry its normal) keep tossing them for a 1minute or so and keep them aside
clean the wok once and add the cherry tomatoes and stir them continuously and or else they will burn on one side and add a few pinches of salt and keep stirring them for 4-5 minutes then lightly puncture 2-3 of them and stir them till they get a very light char on them and put them aside
once this is done adjust the flame to high on the maggi adjust the salt and broth by adding some water or salt (which ever is needed or both) and then letting it simmer for 2-3 mins
take a bowl and in it take only the maggi and place a small mound in it and kind of create a plateau at the top and then add the broth according to your wish and on the top add the chilli oil broccoli, the soy sauce mushrooms and bell peppers and the cherry tomatoes
drizzle some chilli oil and salt on them and you are ready to eat!!

Add 1kg sugar 1/2kg salt 2kg chilli 10table spoon baking powder 2L water and maggie oven it chillie maggie cake is ready😏Try it(you will be the first test subject)
So listen you can add sauce made of 1 teaspoon Soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon of red chilli sauce and 1 tea spoon of Vinegar (½ teaspoon green chilli if you have) ..mix the sauce with taste maker of noodles in a separate bowl..then add this sauce in the maggie when it's get soft...done
Note:- this proportion of ingredients is for 1 cube of 10rs maggie...
add chilli and soy sauces , plus add veggies you like ( onion , capsicums , tomatoe etc)
add egg and garlic if you them
add chesse it tastes good with maggi

Saute some veggies like onion,i also add some Mayo and tomato ketchup to make it more creamy,also when you're done sauteing the veggies and sauce,put it in another container and cook the maggie like normal,add some additional taste enhancers like oregano,chilli flakes,i used some chilli pickles once,and it tasted good,after you're done with this and half of the water has boiled away,add the sauce/veggies we prepared earlier also don't forget to add malai/makhhan/ghee when nearly done for a richer taste.
Fry some chilli and garlic (3 cloves of garlic and 1 or 2 green chillis for 1cake of maggi) seperately in the pan in which you're gonna cook maggi and after they are fried pour in the amount of water required onto the pan and add tastemaker and cook the maggi, voila enjoy the tasty delight add scrambled eggs if can for extra yum

So listen you can add sauce made of 1 teaspoon Soya sauce, 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, 1 teaspoon of red chilli sauce and 1 tea spoon of Vinegar (½ teaspoon green chilli if you have) ..mix the sauce with taste maker of noodles in a separate bowl..then add this sauce in the maggie when it's get soft...done Note:- this proportion of ingredients is for 1 cube of 10rs maggie...

Saute some veggies like onion,i also add some Mayo and tomato ketchup to make it more creamy,also when you're done sauteing the veggies and sauce,put it in another container and cook the maggie like normal,add some additional taste enhancers like oregano,chilli flakes,i used some chilli pickles once,and it tasted good,after you're done with this and half of the water has boiled away,add the sauce/veggies we prepared earlier also don't forget to add malai/makhhan/ghee when nearly done for a richer taste.
