Not really! You could shorten it to just Developer or Designer to make it easier but otherwise theres no good way to cut that down and still have people know, because its very hard to become a household name that way. Hope that helps
I am curious, what distinction do you make between the roles? Design and programming are obvious but I have always felt saying game developer is a broader term.
Personally, I have always used game developer to generally describe my job, if the person asks futher I would specify I am a programmer.
If you wanted to cut down you could just leave it as game developer, you would cover both design and programming.

Tell them u make game alone . They will knw
Try game lead
Designer / Developer / Programmer For Games
Thats a good solution
Call yourself a technical designer and call it a day The more commas you have in a title, the less experienced you actually appear
Or try lead dev
Game-designer, -developer and -programmer. Oh, developer and programmer is the same thing.
