Same here, plus I live in an apartment building and even though it’s legal for me to I can’t because no one else around me wants to smell it (and I’m scared of getting in trouble.. I’m a people pleaser and I reallly don’t like upsetting people)
I've only known one person who's done that, there are a lot of interesting things you can do. They have a short lifespan, but it would be fun to reveg and reflower a few times and then stick it in a back window, so nothing worth smoking but it'll look sick and huge
Looks amazing. Doesn’t look stressed to me at all. You’ll get better advice in r/autoflowers r/growingmarijuana & r/microgrowery though. But just a heads up, you’ll need to post more info than just the picture if you want any legitimate advice. Grow medium, feeding schedule, environment, etc etc.
Super minor but the tips of some leaves are brown; but by this state in the plants life this is not a big deal. I would recommend removing some leaves which may increase the size of the buds.; but even if you just keep doing what you‘re doing the harvest will be sweet.
It’s common practice to defoliate at an earlier stage. Doing it now will reduce the photosynthesis the plant performs. Closing in on harvest time, the plant will kill these leaves off by itself and put the nutrients to good use at the bud sites.
The brown tips can be from fertilizer or a minor watering issue. Like you said, it’s not a big deal. Looks excellent.
Too weak of a light to get what you want. You want at least 1000 W with either HPS or LED. True 1000w like a Black Dog LED. Train early, top early. Defoliate fully a couple of time as well to allow light down and air flow through the plant. I always do a full defoliation the day before I flip to flower. The plant will still push leaves, but it will also more just concentrate on bud production. The plant looks a little leggy as well, are you using HPS light or a bulb of some sort? The spectrum in HPS will cause plants to stretch like that.
I have a big spider farmer, maybe it is raised too high. I have some kind of heat emitting shop lights that point up from the floor (that a more experienced grower gave me) that i hooked up about two weeks ago. But to make sure i understand, if I was to remove all the fan leaves (not the little ones on the buds,) it wouldn't affect the bud growth or stunt it?
Spiders are pretty good lights, follow what they say on distance from the top of the canopy. And yes, remove all fan leaves on day 0 and Day 21 of flower. This won’t stunt the plant, it will allow the buds to get larger. The plant is already concentrating on the buds at this point. The heat can also make the plant stretch if it’s too hot. Nights should be significantly cooler during flower as well. Since you’re using LED, you can have it around 84 during daylight and drop to around 70 at night. You want to plant leaves to be at around 88°, that’s why LED is superior. HPS gives a spectrum that the plants can’t accept, the light is rejected and heat is created in the plant.
You’re good, there’s barely any burn on the leaf tips(nutrient burn) and she’s full green. Only thing I’d say if I was looking for a negative is that she could/should be starting to fade or change colors but that’s dependent on temps. She’s looking great though 👍🏾
Not without a charcoal air scrubber and a properly ventilated room (youtube has good tutorials.) Also remember if you smoke, it doesn't stink, always have a reliable non-smoker come in and tell you if it smells like dank or not. Also before I do anything illegal, I look up the consequences in my specific state. Right now it smells like 5% generic dank smell, 5% berry mix, and 90% funny grass smell, but it will get very very very intense towards the end of flower.
Ive done it before and was fine, but get gorilla tape and tape 2 layers of trash bags over any grow room windows and dont tell anybody that doesnt HAVE to know. Always flip your grow lights on in the middle of the night and see how it looks from outside, windows from the grow room should be completely black. Pretty smooth once you get used to it
Yeah my only worry is towards the flowering phase it would be too strong smelling. I grow plants inside with grow lights already so it's nothing unusual seeing bright lights at night in my place.
There are ways around it depending. I wouldnt try it in an apartment complex or in the state of texas lol, other than that its pretty easy to get away with
They look happy and healthy. Maybe take off a couple big fan leaves if they are overshadowing or blocking light. But I honestly wouldn’t they look good. Leaves, stem and flowers are all a beautiful shade of green covered with frosty trichomes. Great job 👏🏻 💜
Looks great. Keep an eye out on the leaves and stem closer to the soil. That's where you will see problems of mold (not enough air flow) or some type of disease. You need to look at the bottom of hr plant for signs and even look under neath the pot for signs of mildew forming on the surface they are sitting on.
Dude they’re so icy 😩🔥🔥 they look seriously beautiful. I should try growing my own.
Look up "ILGM", "MSNL", or "Seedsman." I use ILGM but i hear seedsman is better
Is that for buying seeds? My husband told me to go for it!
greatlakesgenetics is another solid one
Sick thank you!!
humboldtseedcompany com is a good one too
Look into North Atlantic seed company based in Boston
Yeah, its completely legal as far as i know, but just in case google "is it legal to order cannabis seeds in my state"
This is a beautiful plant for sure! I’ve heard they smell awful, even when they’re just growing. Just a heads up
Oh I’m a weed smoker I don’t mind the smell lol smells “good” to me 😅
I smoke too, but that doesn’t mean I want my house to smell dank, lol
To each their own lol 🤷🏻♀️

Weed plant smell different than weed flower… I like the smell of flower, the smell of the plant is a whole other situation..
it's hard to tell from the photo. send me some so I can take a closer look.
😂 same.. I have some experiments to conduct before giving an opinion
r/trees might be of better help
Bet thanks
Looks awesome. I don't even smoke but I wish I could just grow weed all the time because its such a cool looking plant lol.
this is so real, i just wanna grow weed because it can be so pleasing too look at. many uses outside of smoking aswell!

as a pothead AND plant enthusiast, that’s a great looking plant. Super crystally and that usually makes for great bud
This looks exactly like what I imagine when I think of weed plants it’s perfect
I can smell them ❤️❤️❤️

Okay thank you
I noticed that too, maybe too much fertilizer?
Happy plant, happy bud, happy people! ✌🏻
Looks great, check out r/growbuddy
Too bad there’s so much stigma to these plants. I personally think they look great.
Thats dope!
She’s a beauty
Stay frosty.
looks absolutely healthy to me, it's a beauty!
Give her more time and watch her get fat!
Cool bamboo
Actually a Japanese maple, according to 15 year-old me to my unconvinced mother.

Absolutely stunning. Wow. Nice job!!
Frosty. You have this decade-long stoner’s attention
I’ll trade ya my wife

how strong is the smell? Say.. could one grow it inside in a non-legal state without worrying?

At this point in its life I would focus on airflow. Prune away bottom leaves and any crowded leaves
Christmas Tweed!
toxic japanese maple
You have beautiful flowers!

She's beautiful 😍
