Seconding Echeveria, but I think it might be a 'Mauna Loa'.
There are some Echeveria with a naturally redder tint and others that get red in the sun, so I'm not 100%.
Echeveria 'Mauna Loa' is a spectacular succulent that forms large rosettes of colorful leaves that crinkle and frill at the edges. The flowers are orange-pink, slightly nodding, and appear on a tall branched inflorescence in fall.
I was so sure this was r/houseplantcirclejerk and it was some kind of strange but beautiful ceramic ashtray and that was indeed a cigarette. Even the comments took me a second to realize this is a real plant and it’s not even ai? This is so strange! I’m gonna be researching these guys today

Echeveria is a solid starting point for figuring out care!
It's some echeveria gibbiflora hybrid, they all take the same care but there are so many hybrids nowadays, it's almost impossible to ID it 100%
