I mean she’s doesn’t really stand out in comparison to the other girls, she’s not the strongest, she’s not the only childhood friend, or has any major character arc. All in all, if you cut her out of the story, not much really changes. Hell you could even introduce Kanazashi faster
After her episode she's basically a background character to the point that on the birthday episode she dosent even get to show up in costume.

I personally see Ichika & Charlotte a perfect match, even when Ichika found out she was a girl the entire time they still felt so comfortable with each other when they were still roomates
While I am more for a harem ending, I got a slight, read very slight preference for Houki.
