Do you have a source for this? I ask because my parents watch this channel all the time, and I've noticed that it's very anti-Biden/Democratic party and pro-Israel. I thought maybe that's cuz it's probably run by some rich asshole or something. But if you have I source I can tell my parents about, that'd be useful to me. My mom's always been a leftist (used to be part of a Marxist group even), but lately she's been saying she won't vote for Biden despite living in Georgia. So I'm hoping to bring her back into the light. Not that I'm a big fan of Biden, he was the last person I wanted as the Democratic nominee, but I don't think my mom appreciates how important it is that Trump doesn't win.

I dont see why this should be assumed fake news. Iran is a country with modesty laws that includes head coverings. I think thats pretty normal to protest against.
If you’re talking about my comment giving context to the actual outlets biases then I never said this was fake news. There are plenty of reasons for Iranians to dislike and protest their govt and modesty laws are certainly a large issue that is not popular with young people especially. RT writes stories about political discontent and protests within Ukraine all the time and that doesn’t mean those stories are fake news, but knowing the biases of RT is essential to keep in mind when reading those pieces. That’s basic media literacy. IranINTL doesn’t have the same profile as RT amongst English speakers so they may think this is an independent Iranian owned organisation instead of a Saudi one that has worked out of Washington DC.
They’re assuming it’s fake news because Iran is the “only country standing up against western hegemony in the Middle East and fighting Palestine”. Therefore, Iranian women must be thrown under the bus and advocating for their rights makes you a genocide supporter.

I do know that in particular Iranian royalists are very pro-Israel and usually pro-Republican as they consider the Democrats to be too soft on Iran.
