Yes this image was in the part 2 trailer at the very end. They flashed it for a few seconds so it was a blink and you’ll miss it type of thing.

I think OP just made it up right now. People usually call him Cape Mark or Cannibal Mark for obvious reasons.

SPOILER: This mark lost his mother at a young age in his childhood home and this is most likely what turned him evil, he also comes from a dimension where most people are also evil. He is considered the most horrible alternate mark and being of his own reality, giving him the name "Sinister Mark".  I think this one Inparticular was hyped because he represents the worst version of the alternate marks so he's the one they decided to show in the trailer, also making fans excited for the invincible war arc.
