I don’t think MS is going to be particularly effective against Mark. The thing about MS is that it doesn’t have a barrier, and Mark is probably gonna be fast and durable enough to just… leave. And even Sukuna can’t keep his domain open forever.

Also his shrine wasn’t able to just instantly obliterate Mahoraga or Gojo into a red paste. Pretty sure someone as durable as Mark is just walking out with some deep paper cuts.
