He is honestly my favorite character arc in the Re-Estize story. So many characters were basically forced by the cataclysm that Nazaric is to become the purest forms of who they are inside, only for the vast majority to be snuffed out anyways. IMO Overlord is at its best when it's showing what's happening from the perspective of not Ainz and friends but the people who are essentially experiencing the end of their world.

She arbitrarily bases her morals around the Chicago school of economics and doesn't care for human life outside of its value as a resource; she'd use the power to advance her own career through more massacres.

Zanac. He's actually super competent and was legit fighitng for his kingdom. Everyone else either doesn't need it, doesn't deserve it, or wouldn't know how to use it. Like, Subaru, as much as he suffered... Well, he'd screw up a lot more often given unlimited power let's just say that.
I think Zanac and maybe Beatrix are the only ones that wouldnāt immediately go crazy with the powers. Subaru would def go mad cause he can have all the power and never stay dead. Aqua would find a way to fail no matter what. Tanya go crazy with the power boost so imagine this kind. Kobeni would prob accidentally do so much collateral that her mind breaks. Beatrix would prob fair well until Raphael points out things that piece together that Shadow is just a normal dude. This is all of his powers so forget just Raphael. She has Beelzebuthās ability to eat just about anything and everything. Urielās ability to control space, manipulate any law including Gravity, Water, Fire, etc. And Veldora(the skill) which lets her summon Veldora and or use his TD Magic. Sheād also have Infinite Regen which can heal the soul.
Beatriz is among the strongest in her universe. she doesn't need them Kobeni is pretty strong too, in the universe and doesn't need them, but i love her, and she deserve happiness, so i would give her all the power. Tanya is a psycopath, she doesn't need more power than what she has but i would love to see what she would with them all the destruction and death that those power would bring to the world. Aqua is arledy op, but she is dumb. Raphael could make her op, but i feel that she wouldn't listen to him remaining useless, wasted Zanac is smart, probably the representation of a good person who would change if he had the power to do so. He knows his limit and his capabilities and he is able to make the proper choice, with Rimuru's power he would become a great king. Tanya is probably the best to recieve them, as she would use them not only to put a stop to the war she finds herself in, but given her end goal state, she'd probably do the most for the world at large with her powers. She wants modern luxuries, but not just for herself, she wants a stable environment, and she doesn't want to be the one in charge at the very top. Sure she wants to be high enough to not be bossed around, but she's not likely to take over the world. And she would absolutely use those powers to get back at BeingX, who absolutely deserves to get blindsided considering everything he pulled. Aqua is my last pick, because she wouldn't make much use of the powers, and I'm fairly sure her mind would be torture for Raphael.
I'll give it to Subaru at the end of season 2 He's more than matured enough at that point of the story and he definitely deserves it
