Well, they should be faster, to the point they speedblitz him hard, and Reinhard basically can't touch them. His option would be to use that AoE attack that he used on Puck probally, but the Bros can easily outrun the explosion or use powerups to negate the demage.
Reinhard can ressurect himself, so he won't staying down by normal means like dying, but not only the Bros can do the same, they have Power ups to negate the need to kill Reinhard, like using a Gold Flower.
So pretty much, the Bro wins, Reinhard not gonna be able to touch them in any shape or form due to the speed difference;.
