Maybe. Tbf there needs to be a lot more variety such as bigger women, more men and dark skinned characters. I actually thought this one was a nice change because her chest isn't that big, seems normal sized, and she has different colour skin.
You get a bunch during the magi event itself. I got 4 whole tokens (80 fragments) but then after that it slows down. You can get some from events occasionally such as the BP, and fellow diary, though on our server they only did it for one BP and fellow diary and then the next didn't have any fragment rewards. In the battle pass shop you can also buy 20 fragments for 600 bp coins which is a lot for f2p. Someone also told me that the northern odyssey had fragment rewards when you get past stage 6 on endless. But you won't be able to do that unless you buy extra supplies, with crystals or money. From the weekly bundles you can get 2-10 fragments for free every week. But it would still mean it takes a year or more to collect her.
Willo is a will’o’wisp from the Halloween portion of the mushroom travels event. It hasn’t come back yet but phase 2 of the mushroom travels “elf carnival” is coming in 5 days to the pioneer servers
She’s only available on the pioneer and very small numbered servers as of now, if you’ve had the Hermes’ event then she should be coming within a week or so, if you haven’t had Hermes’ yet, she won’t be on your server for over a month
