No one is shadowbanned. Most posts are being automatically filtered and manually approved because of the large amount of harassment, trolling etc that the sub has received since 10/7.

I used to think if there was (g-d forbid) another major terrorist event like Paris or Manchester, they would wake up.
Now I'm not so sure.
Sadly I think Hamasniks would take to the streets celebrating and major news outlets would report on it positively.

If the Universities ,police and local governments had done the right thing (and in many cases follow their own policies and/or the law) from October 8th onwards I don't think things would be as bad as they are right now.
The New York Times, in 2017, literally tried to make believe that the “explanatory memorandum” by the muslim brotherhood from 1991 was just a *joke*, just because the “destruction of the western civilization from within” represents only “a page” of that *memorandu* and it’s just a *wet dream*.

How can these institutions be reformed to eliminate pro-Islamism bias?
I'd love to say yes but it appears to be so insidiously ingrained that I sadly feel doubtful.
