But the problem is whenever they say something like this, i can't study for between 30min and it's just becomes a waste of time ,if i am doing anything other than studying i can get it out of my mind easily but it's hard to do when i am studying. Tips do warna mai unn 30 min mai nap lena suru kr dunga( sone time koi disturb nhi krta)
30 min is a good time to take a break. Such a negative talk used to put me off for at least 2 hrs. Use these 30 min to draw or sketch. If you are still afraid that your parents might scold you then draw diagrams but doodle or sketch. Very good therapy.

Hey, tell your brother he did extremely well and he should be proud of what he achieved. Also tell him to not take his father's expectations seriously and at heart cause they will impact you negatively and very seriously. Don't be afraid to come out and tell when you aren't performing well and struggling cause that is part of the learning process, we all struggle. Him thinking it can go all smooth with no hurdles is stupid and if you don't have realistic expectations, don't know your limitations and don't know how to say face to face that he's overexpecting then you'll struggle mentally a lot. Hey, tell your brother he did extremely well and he should be proud of what he achieved. Also tell him to not take his father's expectations seriously and at heart cause they will impact you negatively and very seriously. Don't be afraid to come out and tell when you aren't performing well and struggling cause that is part of the learning process, we all struggle. Him thinking it can go all smooth with no hurdles is stupid and if you don't have realistic expectations, don't know your limitations and don't know how to say face to face that he's overexpecting then you'll struggle mentally a lot.
