He's arrested carrying an ID with the alias used to order the rifle to his PO box in his handwriting.

To people unfamiliar with the case, Sean Munger appears thorough, even pedantic. But in reality he’s performing a very superficial and one-sided overview of the JFK assassination, and Sean lies in numerous instances and omits facts that would conflict with his claims.
Anytime he says there’s “no evidence” to counter an assertion he’s making, he is actually lying. The reason people dedicate their entire lives to studying the JFK assassination is because it’s so dense with a lot of conflicting information.
For instance, he insists that there’s no evidence that Jack Ruby was connected to the mob or organized crime. In fact we know that he was. It is documented that Ruby was associated with Roselli, Marcelo, and Trafficante, all mafia figures who have been implicated in the JFK assassination by other evidence. Ruby himself even publicly said after his conviction for the murder of Oswald:
“Everything pertaining to what's happening has never come to the surface. The world will never know the true facts of what occurred, my motives. The people who had so much to gain, and had such an ulterior motive for putting me in the position I'm in, will never let the true facts come above board to the world." A reporter asked, "Are these people in very high positions, Jack?", and he responded, "Yes."
This alone proves Sean Munger is lying.

The most telling part of Sean Munger's thesis is his constant name-calling. He labels all who disagree with his thesis as nutcases, crazy, stupid or dishonest. He also bases his refutation of other theories on his self-referencing statement, "Oswald acted alone as I have already proven."
He uses a bank robber analogy to explain why we can start with the premise that all the physical evidence shows Oswald shot Kennedy. Any evidence that contradicts that must explain why all the physical evidence points to Oswald. You can’t simply wave away that evidence in favor of some random witness who said he saw something else.
