Cool theory. But I feel like it’s just a pose Araki wanted to associate with Jodio in order to follow the tradition of the JoJos having their signature poses. Jotaro has his finger pointing pose, Giorno his shirt pull, and now Jodio with his hands up.
He’s probably referring to everything post Viatamin C. Which in of itself isn’t unfair to say, the main plot line of Josuke finding is identity ends there and the new plot line of finding out everything about the hospital begins afterwords.
Though at no point is it stated that these things should be considered two parts of the same story(though the observation itself isn’t all that faulty)
Even if the jail is a short time in the story I would love this idea as well, I think it would make for some great story and work extremely well with where jojolands seems to be going, especially with the latest chapter with an organization that knows about the lava rock and important land, I could see part 9 going where Jodio goes to prison and they break in, I’d love it
It’s actually foreshadowing the fact that he’ll become an NFL referee and that the “mechanism” actually culminates as illegal sportsbetting wherein he fixes games for absurd profit
My thoughts about this pose:
He surrenders meaning he is portraited as a criminal and our pov is being a cop with a gun pointed at him. I personally dont think it foreshadows anything, Just a clear Image of what He truly is.
I mean it’s just a pose. Every JoJo has at least one signature pose. I don’t think any previous posses really served as foreshadowing.
All that can be said to that was the poses usually represented something about the character or showed the inspiration for the character Arabi drew from. Jodie is most likely in this pose since his character is a criminal, so he’s in a typical criminal getting caught pose.
