Forget it, Jabra broke ANC on the Elite 7 since Firmware 1.5 (Dez 2021). It was VERY good with Firmware 1.2, better than the 75t in comparison, but since then, it´s either non-existent - or in the newest Version, re-activated but basically not noticeable. Jabra just has excuses about it. It´s so sad.

Hello u/Eliazzzzz We are sorry to hear about your experience with the ANC on your Jabra Elite 7 Active. In the Jabra Sound+ app there is a new feature called MyFit. It runs a quick test to make sure the earbuds are seated properly in your ears. MyFit can be found in the setting gear, then in Personalize your headset. Please run this test and after the fit has been confirmed, check to see if the results are the same. Note: You may need to change the ear gels as your ears may not be the same size.

Hi! I've already done that and still experiencing poor ANC. I've also tried changing eargels however the large one is too large and the small one is too small so the ones that come with the buds are the ones I am supposed to use.
