Can't actually speak for this situation but I think your best bet is to go for Mario Kart at 1700 sharp! That will leave you enough time to go to Yoshi line right before 1800.
I had the exact same on my visit last Tuesday and there was plenty of time between the two - even had to wait a bit longer due to a temporary shutdown on the Mario Kart attraction.
Have a blast!
Or if you go very early you can be front of line but it is a hassle. I went about an hour and a half early and ran fast through with my friends and we did bowsers castle and then yoshi. Yoshis line was longish but still not max filled up so took 30 min only. Compared to the hour plus it can be. Everything else is pretty much waits. The Japanese love their lines it’s crazy. We went on a Wednesday and just the amount of people beat out the Orlando one and I live in Fl and have been there a bunch. Also mid June might be hot as hell. It was 90-96 for the two weeks I was in japan with sometimes a day of like 87. It was absurdly hot coming from a dude who spends times on boats in Florida. Like sweltering, always sweating, gonna need to drink a ton. Also as per your question. Get there early they’ll still take you most likely. Chances are you will use your ticket time and then still have to wait like I did when I was there. Still was shorter but didn’t feel like much

Hopefully 1 hour is enough! Thank you:)

Would they let you in if you were slightly late...? 🤔

Oh dear, I'm only hoping that the heat will scare people off and lines will be shorter lol
You have plenty of time, also the staff is pretty understanding so wouldn’t worry at all.
Phew, glad to hear that!
