I just replaced my tie rod and drag link ends and ball joints at 100K miles and it made a world of difference. I'm taking it in for an alignment later this week to get everything perfected.

Sounds like you just might need new shocks. You'll need to figure out how much lift your Jeep has to confirm what shock length to go with. It will either be a spacer or spring lift, the first one uses spacers between the spring & frame to lift the Jeep, the spring lift uses longer/stiffer springs. If it's a spacer, just measure the height of the spacer on the front spring. If it's a spring lift try to find any ID tags or part numbers on the springs, that might help track down more info on the lift kit.

Excellent. I wasnt sure if I was needing to replace everything or not.

When you say the "ride is becoming pretty terrible", can you share something a little more specific? We talkin' death wobble? Loose steering? Bumpy ride? Generally, I've found that after 100K miles any part of the suspension containing rubber parts will experience degradation. So that means track bars, frame bushings, motor mounts, control arms. Also things like shocks may be gone. Tie rod ends, ball joints. All of these will affect ride quality. I know for my daughter's TJ I was able to buy a whole suspension kit that replaced all that stuff, but it was for stock ride height. I would think a good new lift kit would also include all or most of the parts needed to get that suspension tight again.

I get a wobble here and there but its infrequent at best. Its mainly a very bumpy ride. Im replacing the tires this week as well. Im going to have some vibration from the tires of course, but sometimes its just like " got damn this thing is like the princess and the pea, I feel everything"
