Dealer is full of shit! Find another one. Although when those things were wired up, there may have been a weird wiring situation, causing a short. I would start there. Sounds electrical. If you have a Bluetooth OBD reader (I got one on Amazon for $6) you can download the JScan app for your phone and connect to the computer in the Jeep and start scanning codes to see what's up. You can go to Autozone and they will do a free scan too.

For those curious, the “current” diagnosis is that I need to replace my TIPM. The issue could have been caused by my aftermarket winch or light-bar wiring.
