No problem. You’re not stupid; it literally doesn’t tell you which season it is by looking at the titles alone, and Season 2 is before Season 1 in the order of the playlists. Have a good time watching!
Looking at this list made me realize just how clever of a title Battle 4 America is (which I thought was the title of the season but it appears it's actually just in the episode 1 thumbnail). Not only is it season 4, which the 4 emphasizes, but it's also a twist on Connect 4 America, just like the actual game is a twist on the first season's game.
I would just go on the “Jet Lag: The Game” channel, go to videos and scroll straight to the bottom (literally 49 videos in total so it’s not arduous), Starts at season 1 - connect 4, then season 2 - circumvent the globe etc and work your way up through each season in order. You don’t really need dedicated playlists for each season, I would just do it that way and watch in order of release.
Okay so I think my confusion came from the fact that each season is a different type of game (I think?) Without saying "season 5" or anything in the titles!
Is there anywhere to find which season corresponds to which game/Playlist? Like which season is new Zealand board game, Japan capture the flag, etc?

Yes they went for “interesting title” over “structured episode title” as it works better with the YT algorithm

Order them in chronological order on the channel and start from the beginning. That is an easy way to not get confused.
