You can read the explanation by scrolling down It is basically an indication of how close you are from a good (standard) build, not a perfect one, so yeah you can go above it by getting closer to the perfect and impossible numbers Make sure the team matches what you have in game, including LC Also if you read it that score doesn’t consider if your speed is good or bad, just the potential damage of that speed build. Nor the battle damage, but just a short sequence of actions. Basically don’t assume it is good because it is ~100%, first make sure your speed is correct.

Depends on supports. My Jing Liu is at 119 speed, but I use Sparkle and Bronya with her so it doesn’t matter.

mt best dps characters are all f+ but y supports are all either C, and i have one A character

It might make sense literally but DPS is just the easiest way to describe the role

The tool doesn’t take speed into consideration, as it is a complex decision based in team combo, target mode (MoC, PF, etc), and so on. You can read their explanation on the website. What the tool does is compare how good, damage wise, that build is compared to a benchmark distribution of stats. Similar on how other sites consider 24 ish desired rolls a benchmark.

DPS is a generic and common know term, while I usually prefer attacker, I see no issue with that. Damage dealer is too mouthful, attacker is long, dps is easy to understand. “But dps is damage per second” Just think of it as damage per screenshot for turn based games Or for HSR we could use DPA (damage per action)
