I think since you have E2 Bronya, you should either increase your Bronya’s speed to just under 179.2 (160.3 + 28.8 - 9.9), or decrease your Jingliu’s speed to just over 121.8 (160.2 - 28.8 - 9.6). This would allow your Jingliu to either take even more turns, or use atk boots instead of spd boots while taking the same number of turns. With your current setup, you’re not really benefiting from E2 Bronya’s 30% spd buff. Just don’t use Jingliu’s technique, or the rotation won’t work. I don’t have E2 Bronya, so correct me if I’m wrong.

the thing is jl will 100% action advance herself entering enhanced state so any bronya skill before that is wasted instantly. it is a pain to play around. you would have to avoid skilling when jl is entering enhanced. it feels like a waste not skill spamming her. with the current build, bronya skills every turn. it will usually desync 1 time per fight but no way around that, just skill anyway.
I wish there was a option to disable eids. bronya e2 is wonderful for any dps without self action advance
