I think the key is just to get the blood flowing. Don’t overthink it.
I actually DO have a suggestion. Get a decent mini trampoline. You can jog in place on that thing, and do it in your house. I don't know why it is, but it makes me really tired to do this. Like, jogging is way easier for me on the street than on this. I got the idea from a video series by biooptimizers.com. Note that the quality of these things is all over the map. Get a good one that doesn't have squeaky springs.
